In this program, you can engage with effective interventions that will give you transformative results.

Learn the Art of Making This program is ideal for those who are unable to commit to a real time, face to face coaching session.

Self-coaching programs consist of 3 recorded sessions per topic in form of live presentations which cover specific areas that you might want to address. The aim of these programs is to raise awareness of the psychological factors that are linked to the area that you want to work on. The presentations and interventions will guide you through the use of your own character strengths to coaching yourself. These programs are suitable for both individuals who wish to work towards their wellbeing as well as educators who require supplementary material to enrich their own lessons on positive psychology and wellbeing.

My name is Sherly McLoughlin, a passionate practitioner of Positive Psychology. For 22 years, I taught first-year tertiary students and often connected deeply with those struggling—some lacked motivation or self-esteem, while others set big goals but underachieved. I also saw teachers overwhelmed, underpaid, and emotionally drained.

Having experienced both sides, I understood their downward spirals and loss of wellbeing. This empathy, combined with my Master’s in Education and various pedagogy certifications, led me to discover Positive Psychology—a game-changer in my own life.

It revealed my inner strengths and helped me stay resilient through challenges. Had I known its power earlier, my path would’ve been smoother and more fulfilling.

Positive Psychology is a journey into self-awareness, resilience, and authentic living. It helps you harness your strengths, stay motivated, and thrive. It’s a journey worth taking.
