If you feel that an adversity has disrupted your study pattern or has affected your coping mechanisms when you need them the most, then this is for you. Coach on Demand gives you the immediate coaching attention that you need. Your coach can provide you with an on-call session without previous scheduling. However, you must have a registered file regardless of whether it is active or not.

My name is Sherly McLoughlin, a passionate practitioner of Positive Psychology. For 22 years, I taught first-year tertiary students and often connected deeply with those struggling—some lacked motivation or self-esteem, while others set big goals but underachieved. I also saw teachers overwhelmed, underpaid, and emotionally drained.

Having experienced both sides, I understood their downward spirals and loss of wellbeing. This empathy, combined with my Master’s in Education and various pedagogy certifications, led me to discover Positive Psychology—a game-changer in my own life.

It revealed my inner strengths and helped me stay resilient through challenges. Had I known its power earlier, my path would’ve been smoother and more fulfilling.

Positive Psychology is a journey into self-awareness, resilience, and authentic living. It helps you harness your strengths, stay motivated, and thrive. It’s a journey worth taking.
