One-off Individual Coaching

Many of us often go through life without goals and direction. Goal setting takes a bit of skill and achieving our goals needs focus. So if you happen to be one who’s finding it hard to set achievable goals, this course can help you.  
This session is client-led and the objective is to identify what your goals and sub-goals are – and to formulate them into a simple format.
You will get some insight into what your character strengths are and the role they play in pursuit of your goal. It’s a great way of setting off on a positive path to a goal setting and attaining journey.

My name is Sherly McLoughlin, a passionate practitioner of Positive Psychology. For 22 years, I taught first-year tertiary students and often connected deeply with those struggling—some lacked motivation or self-esteem, while others set big goals but underachieved. I also saw teachers overwhelmed, underpaid, and emotionally drained.

Having experienced both sides, I understood their downward spirals and loss of wellbeing. This empathy, combined with my Master’s in Education and various pedagogy certifications, led me to discover Positive Psychology—a game-changer in my own life.

It revealed my inner strengths and helped me stay resilient through challenges. Had I known its power earlier, my path would’ve been smoother and more fulfilling.

Positive Psychology is a journey into self-awareness, resilience, and authentic living. It helps you harness your strengths, stay motivated, and thrive. It’s a journey worth taking.
