Our strengths are crucial tools for navigating life, achieving goals, and overcoming obstacles. This program aims to provide insight into your innate character strengths and offer tools to nurture, cultivate, and activate them. It consists of three sessions: an introduction to Positive Psychology, an overview of virtues and strengths, and tailored interventions to begin your self-coaching journey. By the end of this program, you will know how to coach yourself in challenging areas of your life using your own character strengths.
